Download World Cup and Premier League Clips from Instagram Reels

Instagram Reels has become one of the best places for football content — official Premier League, FIFA, La Liga and individual clubs all post goal compilations, training clips, and behind-the-scenes Reels. Here's how to keep them.

Reels you can download

Common issues

• "Couldn't fetch this Reel" — the post is from a private account, or has been deleted/region-blocked.
• Audio missing — some Reels use licensed music that's stripped from the downloadable file. The video plays fine; only the music track is silent.
• Slow download — Instagram occasionally rate-limits; wait 30s and retry.

What you can do with downloaded clips

Personal viewing, slow-motion analysis (if you coach), saving a memorable moment (Lewandowski hat-trick, a Salah free kick), or making a compilation for your own enjoyment. Don't repost as your own content — credit the original account if you re-share.
